Bhupinder Singh BIOGRAPHY
Bhupinder Singh is an Indian musician and singer whose chief genre of music is ghazals. He is also a Bollywood playback singer. Born to a trained vocalist, Bhupinder Singh started his career working for All India Radio and Delhi Doordarshan. During this period he learnt to play the violin and guitar. He was discovered by famous music director, Madan Mohan who heard him on the All India Radio and invited him to Bombay to sing Hoke Majboor Mujhe Usne Bulaya Hoga. After this he joined RD Burman's orchestra in which he played the guitar for songs like Dum Maro Dum.
His voice was given its due share of appreciation for the songs Beeti Na Beetai Raina and Mitwa Bole Meethe Bai. After this he released his private albums. Along with composing and writing he also included some songs penned by the great lyricist Gulzar. His famous tracks include Dil Dhoondta Hai, Hothon Pe Aisi Baat and Naam Gum Jayega. He has played guitar in famous compositions like Churaliya Hai, Mehbooba O Mehbooba and Chalte Chalte.
