A well known model and Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma dreamt of the glamour world ever since she was a little child. She was discovered by the famous designer, Wendell Rodricks, who suggested her to move to Mumbai. She took his advice and thus started her journey by joining the Elite Modeling Agency. Here, she was groomed by renowned stylist, Prasad Bidapa.
Her modeling career started with the Lakme Fashion Week and soon she was made the show stopper for Rodrick’s Les Vamps show. She has also done prestigious campaigns for brands like Silk & Shine and Fiat Palio. Anushka made her acting debut with the Yashraj film, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi as the lead female actress, pairing with Bollywood superstar, Shahrukh Khan. She has also been signed for two more films by Yashraj films.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan movie is a love triangle, and also marks the return of Yash Chopra as a director after eight years.
