Striker – a story of the triumph of human spirit over indomitable odds. The plot revolves around not-so-privileged Surya (R. Siddharth). Since childhood, the only companionship Surya had was that of a Carrom Board. Carrom, a sport that is all about precision, attitude and skill. After winning the junior carrom championship, Surya's passion for Carrom gives way to a menial job and family responsibilities. But after being forged by a bogus employment agency, Surya is forced to return to the game. This is when he locks horns with Jaleel, a self proclaimed king of slums. Not just a film about good versus evil, Striker is all about realizing one's dream against all odds.
