Housefull is a 2010 Bollywood comedy film directed by Sajid Khan, and starring Akshay Kumar as the protagonist and Deepika Padukone, Lara Dutta and Jiah Khan as the female leads. Ritesh Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal and Boman Irani also play important roles in the film, whilst Malaika Arora Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez make special appearances. The film was shot over several months in London and Italy.The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, premièred at more than 750 theatre screens on 30 April 2010 in India.The film starts with Aarush (Akshay Kumar), who is seen leaving his job to stay with his friend, Bob (Ritesh Deshmukh) and his wife, Hetal (Lara Dutta). Aarush is jinxed, as everything he does is turned upon him.
