Thakur Sujan Singh and his wife Padma live in a palatial home with their only son, Arjun, a police inspector. Due to Arjun's honesty, he receives the wrath of several people from the police department. Due to the constant criticism, he relocates with his parents and gets married. Shortly thereafter, Arjun rescues his friend Kishan from the goon Heera's men, who in turn injure Arjun and leave him half dead. Arjun is saved in time by Kishan and he finds out that the cops did not investigate Kishan's case nor did they give justice. This was due to the fact that Heera bribes them from time to time. Arjun then decides to rejoin the force and reform the cops.
