Phir Mile Sur is the re-invention of the iconic song Mile Sur Mera Tumhara which made its debut twenty-two years back on Doordarshan. This song portrays the spirit of national integrity through its lyrics which have been penned down in respective languages of all the different states of independent India. Notable singers,performers and artists like Sonu Nigam,Shaan,Shreya Ghoshal,Amitabh Bachchan,Aishwarya Rai,Shahrukh Khan,Chiyaan Vikram,Suriya,Ustad Zakir Hussain,Ustad Rashid Khan and A.R. Rahman have graced the video along with the Olympic winners of the 2008 Olympics. The audio tracks feature voices of Sonu Nigam,Shaan,Shreya Ghoshal and a recitation by Amitabh Bachchan. This iconic song has its verses sung in nine languages including Hindi.
